Diagnosis of incorrect or broken/disconnected wiring
If the LEDs on the indoor unit PCB are OFF, it
indicates that the transmission wiring between indoor
and outdoor units may be incorrect or broken/
disconnected.
Are the
connections of
wiring connecting
indoor and outdoor
units proper?
NO

Wire properly.
(Correct
defective wiring
and wrong wire
type.)
Error is
displayed again.

The indoor unit
PCB is normal.
Turn OFF the power supply
once and then turn it ON
again.
Check HAP
(micro-computer normal
monitor) on the outdoor
unit PCB.
Check for
external factors
(noise, etc.).

Be sure to turn off the power switch before
connecting or disconnecting connectors, or parts
may be damaged.
