orange or red
• Is there a buildup of dust in or around the air intake for the dust/PM2.5
sensor?

Vacuum off any dust from the air intake using a cleaner.

Securely attach the cover.

The water supply lamp remains on
even though water was added
• Is the oat in the humidifying tray stuck due to a buildup of water scales?

Remove the water scales using a brush or similar.

• Is the humidifying tray securely attached?

Insert it securely into the unit until a click is heard.
• Is the oat in the humidifying tray properly attached?

There is an odour but the odour
sensor lamp remains green
• Did an odour already exist around the time you inserted the power
supply plug?

The basic sensitivity of the odour sensor will be determined by odour
levels in the rst minute (approx.) after the power supply plug is inserted
every time.

To adjust the basic sensitivity of the odour sensor, unplug the power supply
when the air is clean (odour-free), wait at least 5 seconds, then re-insert
the power supply plug and turn the unit on again.
Sometimes the streamer lamp does
not light up
• Depending on the degree of air impurity, streamer operation may turn OFF.
The streamer lamp turns off when streamer operation is OFF.
