Precautions on Installation
•Checkthestrengthandleveloftheinstallationgroundsothattheunitwillnotcauseanyoperatingvibrationornoiseafter
installed.
•Inaccordancewiththefoundationdrawing,xtheunitsecurelybymeansofthefoundationbolts.(Prepare4setsofM8orM10
foundationbolts,nutsandwasherseachwhichareavailableonthemarket.)
•Itisbesttoscrewinthefoundationboltsuntiltheirendsare20mmfromthefoundationsurface.

Outdoor Unit Installation
1. Installing outdoor unit
1)Wheninstallingtheoutdoorunit,referto“PrecautionsforSelectingtheLocation”andthe“OutdoorUnitInstallation
Drawings”.
2)Ifdrainworkisnecessary,followtheproceduresbelow.
2. Drain work
1)Usedrainplugfordrainage.
2)Ifthedrainportiscoveredbyamountingbaseoroorsurface,place
additionalfootbasesofatleast30mminheightundertheoutdoorunit’sfeet.
3)Incoldareas,donotuseadrainhosewiththeoutdoorunit.
(Otherwise,drainwatermayfreeze,impairingheatingperformance.)
