Calculate additional refrigerant charge amount: R (kg)
Refrigerant overcharge happened, recover
refrigerant to reach R=Q
Step 2+3
• Open valves C, D and B to the liquid and equalising line
• Charge the equalising line to maximally 0.05 MPa, then close valve C and
disconnect its connection to the manifold. Continue pre-charging through
the liquid line only
• Execute pre-charging amount: Q (kg)
Step 4a
• Close valves D and B
• Charging is finished
• Fill in the amount on the additional
refrigerant charge label
• Input the additional refrigerant amount via
setting [2-14]
• Go to test run
Step 4b
Close valves D and B
