2.0Functionaldescription
Districtheatingsubstationforindirectheatingand
instantaneousdomestichotwater.
Application
TheTermixVVX-Iisacompletesolutionforhotwaterand
spaceheatingwithoptimalsafety,efcientenergytransfer,
service-friendlyconstructionandacompactdesign.Thesubstation
isusedifaheatexchangerisrequiredoronaconversiontodistrict
heatingwheretheexistingequipmentisunsuitablefordirect
connection.
Districtheating(DH)
Thesubstationisprefabricatedwithadifferentialpressure
controller,ttingpieceandsensorpocketsforinsertionofan
energymeteraswellasstrainersandballvalves.
Heating(HE)
Theheatingsideconsistsofaplateheatexchanger,safetyvalve,
manometer,thermometers,ballvalves,drainvalve,airvalve,
expansionvesselandcirculationpump.Thetemperatureofthe
heatingcanbecontrolledthermostaticallyorbyanelectronic
controllerwithanoutdoortemperaturesensor.Dependingonthe
application,differentheatexchangersdimensionedforcentralor
oorheatingwillbeused.
Domestichotwater(DHW)
Thedomestichotwaterispreparedintheheatexchangerandthe
temperatureisregulatedwithaow-compensatedtemperature
controllerwithintegrateddifferentialpressurecontroller.The
heatexchangercoolstheDHwaterveryefciently,thereby
creatinganexcellentoperatingeconomy.TheDanfossIHPT
valveensuresastablehotwatertemperaturebyvaryingloads,
supplytemperaturesandbyhighandvaryingdifferentialpressure
withouttheneedforreadjustingthevalve.Thisprotectsthe
heatexchangeragainstoverheatingandlimescaleformation.
FurthermoretheIHPTvalvehasanintegratedidletemperature
controller,whichkeepsthehousesupplylinewarm.Thisshortens
thewaitingperiodsduringsummerwhentheheatingsystemisin
reducedoperation,whichisidealwherehighcomfortisrequested.
