Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 large egg
½ cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients
with wet ingredients until well combined.
3. Scoop batter into 1-gallon plastic bag and seal partway. Snip off

Add batter to Donut Molds until about ¾ full.
4. Bake for 1½ minutes. Using a toothpick, flip donuts and bake for another 2-3 minutes or
until desired doneness.
