Directions:
1. Mix together eggs, banana, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a small bowl.
2. Whisk together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients
to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
3. Add 2 tbsp of batter to your Mini Wafe Maker and cook until golden brown
on both sides.
