1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted
butter or vegetable oil
Ingredients :

1. In a medium bowl, sift our, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2. In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter or oil until
combined.
3. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
4. Grease the Mini Wafe Maker with butter or a light coat of cooking oil.
5. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the Mini Wafe Maker and cook until
golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Repeat with remaining batter.
7. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and garnish with fresh berries, if desired,
and enjoy this wafy delicious creation!
