loadistoohighandtheusershouldmoderatethetraining.
Speedanddistancewindow:thiswindowshowstheactualspeedorthe
correspondingdistancecovered.Pressingthecontrolbuttonswitchesback
andforthbetweenthesetwovalues.Seepage5.
