4.4 AMP300 300 W MODULE AMPLIFIER
The amplifier is realized with MOS transistors, Philips BLF278 or equivalent.
The technical data (for class “C” operation) are the following:
- 87.5 - 108 MHz frequency range
- 43 Vds Supply voltage between drain and source
- 75% minimum efficiency (78% typical)
- 300 W Output Power with 17 dB minimum gain (18 typical)
