Pn1 = 0 Line spacing is determined by the current font.
Pn1 = n Line spacing is determined by the numeric value according to the SSU sequence
and PUM setting.
Pn2 = 0 Character spacing is determined by current font.
Pn2 = n Character spacing is determined by the numeric value according to the SSU
sequence and PUM setting.
