The Manufacturer guarantees Hemotek 2 for twenty-four months (24) from the date of sale. The
guarantee is applied at the headquarter of manufacturer only and includes labor and spare parts
that might result defective during the validity period. The guarantee does not include any
damage caused by negligence, tampering or by any intervention executed by person not
authorized and not qualified by Delcon s.r.l.
To use the free guarantee service, the customer must abide by the following rules:
1. The liquid crystal display, the load cell, the battery pack and the chassy are not
covered by warranty.
2. Hemotek 2 should be delivered for repair to Delcon s.r.l. or to your nearest authorized
Technical Assistance Centre possibly in its original packaging.
3. Hemotek 2 must be packed carefully, preferably using its original packaging.
4. Transports are always at care, risk and charges of the customer.
5. Manufacturer and authorized Technical Assistance Centers reserve the rights to refuse the
machine if delivered with transport costs collect.
6. The equipment MUST BE DELIVERED clean and disinfected. Any trace or organic
material such as blood products, will be ground for product refusal or Delcon s.r.l.
will charged the disinfestations and cleaning cost.
7. Before sending Hemotek 2 make sure that the supply cable is disconnected from the
device. Send always all components of Hemotwk 2 (bag tray, power supply cord,
batteries, etc.).
8. Hemotek 2 should be delivered with a letter describing all data of the customer, a person to
get in touch with for any question and a short description of the claim.
