Installation procedure for the battery:
1. Be sure the mixer is disconnected from main power (power cord unplugged).
2. Open the small door on right side of HEMOTEK 2 gently pushing down the handle.
3. Insert completely the battery pack into its box as shown on the figure, leaving the cable
outside.
4. Connect the cable to the internal connector inside the battery box and close the door.
5. Connect the main power cord and turn on the main power switch (central yellow LED on
front mask must be lighted).
6. Leave the battery charges for at least one night to have sufficient energy accumulation: in
any case after at least 12 hours the mixer can be used with the battery.
NOTES:
Hemotek 2 has a modern and high capacity Nickel Metal-Hidrate battery pack. This type of
battery cannot reach immediately after first charging the maximum capacity. For best
performances, they must be charged and discharged three or four times before reach the
100% of their potential.
Never use any battery or battery pack different then the original one: thay might be
dangerous for the machine and due to some risks of explosion also for the
Operators.
