Removing the power-adapter
port

Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the memory module.
4 Remove the processor fan and heat-sink assembly.
5 Remove the system board.
Procedure
1 Peel off the Mylar from the palm rest and keyboard assembly to access
the power-adapter port cable.
2 Remove the screw that secures the power-adapter port to the palm rest
and keyboard assembly.
