Prerequisites
1 Remove the battery.
2 Remove the base cover.
3 Remove the optical drive.
4 Remove the keyboard.
5 Remove the palm rest.
Procedure
1 Disconnect the power-adapter port cable from the system board.
2 Note the power-adapter port cable routing and remove it from the
routing guides on the computer base.
