Removing the thermal plate

Prerequisites
Remove the base cover.
Procedure
1 Remove the display cable from the routing guides on the thermal plate.
2 In reverse order (4->3->2->1), loosen the four captive screws that secure the thermal plate to the system board.
3 Remove the two (M2x3) screws that secure the thermal plate to the system board.
4 Lift the thermal plate o the system board.
