If you've lost or forgotten the sign-in password for your Dell Laptop Chromebook, check if it is a managed device. If it is, contact the administrator to reset the password via Google Admin Console. If not, sign in as a guest or use a different PC. Open an internet browser and go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/. Select 'I do not know my password' and enter the email address used to sign in to Google. Click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
