Removing Memory Modules

1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the battery from the computer.
3. Remove the access panel from the computer.
4. Gently pry the retention clips away from the first memory module.
5. Remove the first memory module from the computer.
6. Gently pry the retention clips away from the second memory module.
7. Remove the second memory module from the computer.

