2. Peel the backing off the thermal cooling pad and adhere the pad to the portion of the heat sink that covers the processor.

3. Place the processor heat sink assembly on the system board.

4. Tighten the seven captive spring screws that secure the processor heat sink assembly to the system board.

5. Replace the system board (see Replacing the System Board).
