Removing the Speaker
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the base cover.
4. Remove the hard drive.
5. Remove the optical drive.
6. Remove the keyboard.
7. Remove the palm rest.
8. Remove the tape that secures the speaker cable to the front of the palm rest.
9. Remove the touchpad and finger print reader data cables from the routing on the palm rest.
