GREASE FILTER (all models)
■ A special screen is provided at the back of the oven to catch grease parti-
cles, mainly when meat is being roasted (fig. 17).
■ Clean the filter after any cooking! The grease filter can be removed for
cleaning and should be washed regularly in hot soapy water (fig. 17).
■ Always dry the filter properly before fitting it back into the oven.
CAUTION: When baking pastry etc. this filter should be removed.
