Q When is FbE fault generated?
A FbE (feedback error) is generated when the signal on ACI (4-20mA) is lost (input <
Pr04-15 during > Pr10-08 seconds).
In Pr10-09 you can set the response. When Pr10-09=2, the drive keeps running and
FbE is automatically cleared when feedback is normal again. When Pr10-09=0 or 1,
the drive stops and you have to reset.
Q How does PID offset detection (Pr10-12/10-13) work?
A The PID Offset is the absolute value of the difference between setpoint and feedback
in %. So, PID Offset is |setpoint feedback|.
The PID Offset can be set in Pr10-12. The detection time is in Pr10-13.
Please see the example below:
Pr10-12=10%, Setpoint is 50%. When feedback is <40% or >60% a signal is
generated after the time in Pr10-13. The signal can be output via relay or MO by
setting Pr03-00/Pr03-01=16.
Q What is the function of Pr08-28?
A VFD-E Pr08-28 is the same as VFD-F Pr01-22. When Pr08-28>100%, it will increase
output voltage limitation. Please see the function block diagram below for reference.
Limitation 1: IF V>Pr08-28*(Minimum of VAC and Pr01-02) then V= Pr08-28*(Minimum of VAC
and Pr01-02)
Limitation 2: IF V>Pr08-28*( Pr01-02) then V= Pr08-28*( Pr01-02),where VAC is based on
average DC-bus voltage.
