  If your Delta Fan seems louder than normal, several factors could be the cause. Ensure the CFM rating matches your room size. Check the damper to make sure it opens and closes correctly; if damaged, contact Customer Service. Avoid sharp bends in the duct closer than 18 inches to the fan discharge. Use the recommended ducting size to reduce fan noise. Also, confirm the fan is securely attached to your ceiling joists.
