Controls
The Kneeling System may be fitted with
options specified by the Bodybuilder
but not covered on this page.
Operators must familiarise themselves
with any instructions issued by the
Bodybuilder.
The Kneeling System deflates and
inflates the suspension air bags on the
front suspension. The suspension
cannot be lowered unless the parking
brake is in the ON position.
If the handbrake is moved to the OFF
position while the front of the vehicle is
lowered, the suspension will
automatically return to normal ride
height.
Kneel Button - Black
Press and hold until lowering reaches
required level.
The button is not operative if:
• The vehicle is moving.
• The handbrake is not ON.
• The system air pressure is too
low.
Normal Button - Blue
Press once and the vehicle will return
to normal ride height.
The vehicle will also return to normal
ride height automatically if the
handbrake is released.
Full Kneel Button - Black (when
fitted)
Press and hold until the vehicle has
lowered to the required level.
NOTE
Interlocks may be fitted to
prevent the doors from
opening when the vehicle is
moving, or whilst the vehicle
is raising or lowering.
