When an operation is

the display,
making

check
the
operation visually.
The set’s
operating
status
can also
be
checked
on
the
display using
the

Tape
monitor
function
When
a
three—head
tape
deck is used, the sound
actually
being re
corded can
be
monitored during recording
by
pressing the
DAT/TAPE
MONITOR button.
Press the button again to cancel monitoring.

Only the currently
playing source
can
be recorded on the
tape
deck.

Digital input signals
cannot be
recorded. To record,
connect to
the
analog
input
terminals.

It is not possible
to
record between
the
video
jack and the S—video
jack.

If the input function is
set to PHONO, CD or TUNER
when
“TV/DBS”
is selected
with the
REC OUT selector,
the picture
signals selected with
the
“TV/DBS”
setting
are
output
from the
MONITOR OUT terminal.

function
