6. Lawn mowers GLD-460SP, GLD-520SP and GLD-520SP-BS feature the torque transfer to wheels to
make the mowing easier. To engage the wheel drive, press the lower lever without releasing the
blade drive lever.
7. The GLD-520SP-BS lawn mower is equipped with a throttle lever, which allows you to adjust the engine speed.
Close the ap when starting the engine and maneuvering (low RPM), open the ap when mowing (high RPM).
8. To stop the lawn mower, release the wheel drive lever.
9. Monitor the grass catcher for fullness via the designated indicator. When the grass catcher is empty, the
indicator mark goes up or utters; when the grass catcher is full, it is at rest (Fig. 12).

10. Upon work completion, release the blade drive lever, and wait until the engine stalls, not leaving the
operator's place behind the lawn mower.
11. At necessity, empty the grass catcher and clean the device from dirt, dust, and grass residuals.
MAINTENANCE
Timely maintenance ensures the durability of the lawn mower and improves its performance.
Maintenance activities other than mentioned herein shall be carried out by qualied personnel at authorized
services centers.
Cleaning
IMPORTANT!
It's prohibited to tilt and ip the lawn mower while in operation! Prior to cleaning, wait until
the engine stops and cool down completely. Clean the deck interior and the belt drive each
time after using the lawn mower.
Empty the grass catcher, and clean the outer components of the lawn mower from grass and dirt.
To make the deck interior cleaning from grass residuals more convenient, Denzel lawn mowers are equipped
with a special nozzle (Fig. 13). Attach the 1/2 inch hose through the snap-in connector to the nozzle. Supply
water jet, and start the engine for several minutes to rinse the deck interior. Pressurized water easily ushes
grass residuals and dirt. Additionally, clean the interior with a brush after the engine stops.
