GASOLINE LAWN MOWER

The lawn mower is not intended for being used by a person having physical or mental deciencies, or lacking
relevant skills and knowledge unless such a user is under the supervision of and properly instructed by a
safety-responsible person. Pay attention, be aware of what you are doing and take the utmost care when
working. Do not use the device if you are tired or ill or you are under the in uence of drugs, alcohol or other
medication. A moment of inattention whilst using the device can result in serious injuries.
The lawn mower operation under the inuence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
The lawn mower operator shall have relevant skills and knowledge. Any maintenance and repair activities
other than those described herein shall be carried out at a service center. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device. Never allow children or other people who are unfamiliar with the
instruction manual to use the device. Local regulations may specify the minimum age of the user.
Never mow if there are people, particularly children or animals, nearby. Distractions can cause you to lose control
of the device. Remember that the user is responsible for accidents involving other people or their property.
Observe noise protection rules and other local regulations.
IMPORTANT!
During maintanance and repair, the engine shall be stalled.
Warning!
The vibration emission value may dier during actual use of the power tool from the stated value depending on
the manner in which the power tool is used. Safety precautions aimed at protecting the user should be based
on estimated exposure under actual usage conditions (all parts of the operating cycle are to be considered,
including, for example, times during which the power tool is turned o and times when the tool is turned on
but is running idle).
Dismantling of locking, safety, and protection elements is prohibited. Only original spare parts shall be used
to ensure the reliable and safe performance of the lawn mower. In case of using spare parts other than original
those, the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for resultant consequences.
Prior to operating the lawn mower check it for defects. Operation of defective device is prohibited.
Avoid breathing noxious gases! Exhaust gases produced by the lawn mower engine contain carbon oxide (CO)
and other gases harmful for your health.
If you experience symptoms of toxicity, immediately move away from the lawn mower, recover your breath in
the open air, and seek medical advice.
Avoid using the lawn mower in a conned space, ensure adequate ventilation. Do not operate the lawn mower
at places where exhaust gases can inltrate premises through open windows and doors.
Preparations:
Always wear slip-resistant shoes and long trousers when mowing. Do not mow barefoot or in light sandals.
Loose clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in moving parts. Wearing suitable clothing reduces
the risk of injuries.
Check the terrain on which the device will be used and remove all objects (e.g. stones, sticks, wires, toys)
which may be drawn into the device and ejected.
Warning!
Petrol is highly ammable. Fire or explosions can result in serious burns:
Keep petrol only in containers intended for this purpose;
Only refuel outdoors and do not 11 GB IE smoke whilst refuelling;
Fill with petrol before starting the engine. Do not open the ller cap or rell with petrol whilst the engine is
running or the equipment is hot:
If petrol is spilled, do not attempt to start the engine. Instead, remove the equipment from the surface on
which the petrol has been spilled. Avoid any ignition attempt until the petrol fumes have evaporated;
For reasons of safety, replace petrol and other ller caps in the event of damage.
Their contact with heaters or open ame can lead to ignition or explosion.
