INSPECTIONS
Engine and transmission
- ENGINE OIL: Renew
- GEARBOX OIL: Check level / top up
- SPARK PLUG: Check electrode gap / Renew
- AIR FILTER: Clean and inspect

- OIL FILTER: Renew
- TRANSMISSION BELT: Check
- VARIATOR WHEELS AND COUPLING ROLLERS: Check
- COOLANT: Check level
- RADIATOR: Check external appearance Clean if necessary
GP1 125 - IDLING RPM: Adjust
GP1 125 - CLUTCH DRIVEN SPROCKET SLIDING SYSTEM:
Grease
GP1 250 - VALVE SET: Check and adjust if necessary
GP1 250 - VARIATOR WHEELS AND COUPLING ROLLERS:

Cycle
- BRAKE PADS: Check for wear Renew if necessary
- BRAKE LEVER CABLES: Check condition
- BRAKE LEVERS AND THROTTLE TWIST GRIP: Check the
correct operation and free play
- BRAKE FLUID: Check the level top up if necessary
- TYRES: Check condition and pressure
- Check for possible cracks in the fuel pipes
- Check for possible fluid leaks (petrol, oil, coolant, brake fluid)
- BRAKE CALIPERS: Check nominal torque tightness
- SWINGING ARM SHAFT: Check for absence of play and nomi-
nal torque tightness
- WHEELS: Check bearing play and the nominal torque tightness
of the shaft
-STEERING SHAFT: Check for absence of play Adjust if
necessary
- SUSPENSIONS: Check the condition and proper operation
Electrical
- ELECTRIC FAN: Check operation
- FRONT HEADLIGHT: Adjust the beam height
- BATTERY: Check state of charge, and where appropriate, the
level of electrolyte Charge and/or top up with distilled water
- CONTROL ELEMENTS: Check the correct operation
-LIGHTS: Check the operation of the mechanisms and the
correct functioning of the bulbs/LEDs
- HORN: Check its correct operation
General
- FINAL CHECK: Carry out an on-road test drive, paying atten-
tion to the general operation of the brakes, steering, clutch, sus-
pensions, engine, lighting and instrument panel lights

Note 1
Carry out checks more frequently when the machine is
used intensively at full throttle or in dusty and/or damp areas.
