What to do if DeRoyal Medical Equipment therapy does not start?
    • J
      Jillian FieldsAug 7, 2025
If the therapy on your DeRoyal Medical Equipment device does not start, there could be several reasons: * The tubing clamp may be closed, so verify the proper connection of the tubing. * The overflow protection system might be blocked due to a full disposable exudate canister or blocked tubing. If you have a PRO-II® device, replace the disposable exudate canister. If you have a PRO-III® device, replace the disposable tubing. * The device may still be in Setup mode. Finalize the selection and start the device.
