devolo Giga Bridge
LED
Deactivate the LED enabled option if the LEDs of
the devolo Giga Bridge adapter are to be switched
off in normal operation. An error status is indicated
by corresponding flashing behaviour regardless of
this setting.
PowerSave mode
If the Power saving mode enabled option has
been activated, the devolo Giga Bridge adapter
automatically switches to PowerSave mode when-
ever reduced data transmission over Ethernet is de-
tected.
The latency (time for transmitting a data
packet) may be negatively affected.
Power saving mode is disabled in the
devolo Giga Bridge adapter's factory default set-
tings.
Standby
If the Standby mode enabled option is activated,
the devolo Giga Bridge adapter automatically
switches to standby mode if no Ethernet connec-
tion has been enabled, i.e. if no network device
(e.g. computer) is switched on and connected to
the network interfaces.
