Troubleshooting tips:
(It will take up to 5 minutes for any of these to work.)

Keep the receiver within 20 feet of your sensor with nothing between them, including your
body, walls, and water
l
Keep the receiver and sensor on the same side of your body
l
Press a receiver button to wake it up and start a new connection attempt.
If Signal Loss continues for more than 30 minutes, contact technical support.
Issue
System Check alert — Error found.
Solution
Contact technical support (in the app, go to Profile > Contact). Give them the error code.
