Cannot power on
•ConnecttheUSBcabletochargethedevice,then,afterawhile,checkagain.
•Ifitstillcannotpoweron,contactourcustomerservicecentre.
Noise from Speaker
•Checkiftheaudioleisdamaged.
•Iftheaudiolesaredamaged,itmaycausenoiseandapoppingsound.
Cannot transfer les via USB
•CheckandensurethatthedeviceiscorrectlyconnectedtothePC.
•Checkandensurethatthememoryhassucientspaceavailablefordownloading/
copying.
•CheckandensuretheUSBcableisproperlyconnectedandworking.
USB connection fails
•MakesuretheUSBdeviceissecurelyconnectedtotheUSBport.
•CheckandensuretheUSBcableandUSBdevicearenotdamaged.
•IftheUSBdeviceisconnectedviaaUSBhub,connecttheUSBdevicedirectlytothe
computer
Cannot connect the device to the wireless LAN router
•CheckandensurethatthewirelessLANrouterison.
•Dependingonthesurroundingenvironment,suchasthewallmaterial,radiowave
receiving condition, or obstacles between the device and the wireless LAN router, the
communication distance may be shortened. Move the device and the wireless LAN
router closer to each other.
•DevicesVVsuchasamicrowaveoven,Bluetoothdeviceordigitalcordlessdevice,may
interrupt the communication. Move the device away from such devices.
•TryupdatingthermwareofyourwirelessLANrouter.
