 TotalTimefieldwilldisplaytheprogressmadeinthetotalworkout.SegmentTimewilldisplaytheprogressmadeinthecurrent
segment.Thedisplayswillswitchbetweenelapsedandremainingtime.Elapsedtimewillcountup,whileremainingtimewillcount
down.Tofreezetheswitchinganddisplayonlyelapsedorremainingtime,presstheRIGHTarrowkeywhilethedesireddisplayis
visible.PresstheRIGHTarrowkeyagain toresumeswitchingmode.
