  If nothing appears on your Diatesse Blood Glucose Meter after inserting a test strip, first replace the batteries as they might be dead. If that doesn't work, ensure the test strip is correctly inserted with the contact points going into the meter and the control window facing up. If the issue persists, the meter or test strips could be defective, and you should contact customer support.

  If the Diatesse Blood Glucose Meter displays 'E-F', this indicates that the test strip was removed too early or there was not enough blood. Read the instructions again and repeat the test with a new test strip. If the error continues, you may need to contact customer support.
