Malfunction table
At a possible malfunction one can consult the table mentioned below and if you
obtain on this basis no solution, we advise to contact a DiBO technician and/or
a recognized DiBO representative.
MALFUNCTION CAUSE SOLUTION
Machine does not start
• Battery tension too low
• Operation switch “OFF”
• Start engine does not work
• Too few oil in engine casing
• Rest malfunctions
• Loads battery
• Operation switch “ON”
• Consult an expert
• Refill oil
• Consult an expert
No water pressure
• To few water inlet
• Filter stued-up
• Repair water inlet
• Clean/replace filter cartridge
Instable and to weak pressure
• Air in water supply (leaks in water
supply)
• Nozzle or lance stued-up or worn-
out.
• Pressure regulator defect
• Rest malfunctions
• Put machine completely without
power! Repair leaks in supply.
• Clean or replace
• Consult an expert
• Consult an expert
HP pump pulse
• Leak or congestion in supply
conduit
• To much air present
• Clean/replace/repair
• De-aeration of cleanerr
Fuel engine: no start or no functioning. See
also manual engine.
• No fuel supply
• No air supply
• Engine overloaded
• Glow plug fault or defective
• Oil level incorrrect
• Cooling fins polluted
• Other malfunctions
• Check fuel tank on pollution/level/
fuel quality
• Check/clean air filter
• Cool the engine & turn o (xx time)
• Check the glow plug.
Consult an expert when defective.
• Refill oil and/or replace. Check oil
filter and/or replace.
• Clean the engine with a brush
• Consult an expert
