Frog operating instructions
ENGLISH
The voltage of the device has been set at the factory. Check that the mains voltage cor-
responds to the indications on the identification plate located on the bottom of the ap-
pliance. Check that the main switch is not pressed before connecting the machine to the
mains. Plug the plug into a suitable power outlet.
WATER FILLING
AND MACHINE START-UP
Referring to Fig. 5-A, lift the lid of the bottle-holder compartment and insert a bottle of
natural, non-carbonated drinking water. Then manually insert the water suction pipe inside
the bottle (in case of the Frog Vapor version it is necessary to insert both pipes inside the
bottle) and refit the compartment lid in place.
WARNING:
only non-carbonated bottle of water at room temperature should be introduced into the
bottle-holder compartment. Hot water as well as other liquids can damage the machine.
Do not operate the machine without water: always make sure there is enough inside the
bottle.
Once this simple operation has been carried out and after making sure that the Frog coffee
machine in your possession complies with the power parameters provided by the local
electrical distribution network (230 V – 50 Hz), insert the power plug into a power outlet,
then press switch A to start the coffee group (see also fig. 8-A) and switch C to start the
steam group (in case of the Frog Vapor version).
In order to be able to switch to coffee/steam dispensing, it is necessary to wait until the in-
dicator light present at switch B (for coffee dispensing) and button D (for steam dispensing)
is off. At this point the coffee machine is ready to dispense coffee/steam.
