8. Coffee dispensing
ATTENTION:
the machine is ready when the closing lever (E in fig. 5-A) is in the rest position, identified
by the free upward rotation of the lever itself and with the indicator light of the coffee
dispensing switch (B in fig. 5-A) off.
ATTENTION:
only pods with a diameter of 44 mm should be inserted into the pod compartment. Sin-
gle-dose pods are designed to dispense only one coffee/product. Do not reuse them after
use. Inserting 2 or more pods causes the machine to malfunction.
The following operations must be carried out in sequence:
1. turn on the machine by pressing switch A (see fig. 5-A) and wait for the indicator
light of switch B (see fig. 5-A) to turn off indicating that the machine has reached the
correct temperature (see fig. 8-A);
2. insert the pod into the appropriate compartment at the extraction chamber by rotat-
ing the closing lever E from the bottom upwards (see fig. 5-A);
3. rotate the closing lever downwards, pressing it until a “click” is heard and place the
cup/glass under the coffee dispensing spout (see fig. 8-B);
4. in any case check that the indicator light on switch B is off;
5. press the coffee dispensing switch and wait for the desired quantity to be dispensed
(see fig. 8-C);
6. at the end of dispensing the desired quantity of coffee, deactivate the dispensing
switch B and raise the lever E upwards again, so that the pod can finally be removed
from the compartment at the extraction chamber.
