DC-150 Keypad
REZERO Key : Reset weight display to zero. Numeric Keys : Enter number values.
TARE Key : Enter or clear tare value. MODE Key : Toggle between mode routines.
UNIT WEIGHT Key : Enter UW using number keys. LOT NO. Key : Enter a lot number for printing.
PIECES Key : Calculate Unit Weight SHIFT DOWN Key : Shift down to other functions.
SCALE Key : Toggle between platforms FEED Key : Advance label or paper
PLUS [+] Key : Add parts in accumulation. AUTO/ MANUAL Key : Toggle Modes / Undo last entry
MINUS [−] Key : Subtract parts in accumulation. SHIFT UP Key : Shift up for symbol characters entry.
CODE Key : Recall Item Code. A to Z Keys : Enter Alphabetical data.
ENTER Key : Print single or totaL accumulation.
CLEAR Key : Clear keyed in data.
DECIMAL [•] Key : Enter the decimal point.
DC-150 Indicator Lamps
ZERO Lamp : Zero point is set MEMORY Lamp : An accumulated total is in memory.
STABLE Lamp : Weight is stable. IN Lamp * : Quantities being added to inventory
NET Lamp : Net weight is displayed. OUT Lamp * : Quantities being removed from inventory.
SCALE 1/ 2/ 3 Lamp : Platform in use. JOB Lamps : Indicates the job module number
INSUFFICIENT Lamp : Sample size is too small
RECOMP Lamp
: Unit Weight may be
recalculated
* When both of IN and OUT lamp are off, quantities are not
changed.
Press [REZERO] key to interrupt count down sequence.
