Labeller - Multi jet air box
The multi jet air box does not require any major maintenance and therefore little is required to check or
replace.
For details on the 3 air shutters that are supplied with the air box, refer to section 2, component parts.
These shutters will control the air flow from different jets so different size labels can be controlled.
The air jet nozzles are screwed in. Ensure
these are kept clean and unblocked
Solenoid valve for air jets
Solenoid vale for blow bar
Triple fan assembly to hold label on applicator.
Periodically check these are free from any build
up of dust and are running freely
