Link the PC with scale via RS232C.

1. The Spec setting in the scale
3 for SPEC51 (The SIO baud rate is 9600. )
1 for SPEC52 (The SIO data length is 8.)
0 for SPEC53 (No SIO parity digit.)
0 for SPEC54 (1 bit stop bit.)
2 for SPEC60 (SIO work via PCFL-1)
