10.5 Clerk Protect by Profile
Clerk Protect by profile is use to protected a clerk can’t login to some programming and only a
certain clerk can login to some programming.
Note: Refer to PROFILE programming to setting profile and selected which one programming is protected
and refer to Program Clerk File to assign a profile to a clerk
SPEC146A004 PASSWORD SYSTEM set to “YES” to active Profile File.
SPEC141D028 PASSWORD PROTECTION set to “YES” to active password protect for a clerk.
On Registration Mode, a clerk if not assign a profile can do a transaction only but cannot finished.
That clerk must give authority to another clerk which assign a profile to continue and finished the
transaction.

program a profile.
