Assign by entering the existing actual
surcharge by using the keypad.
Enter the actual Surcharge value by the
keypad (e.g. 200).
Touch the desired preset key (e.g. Row #2,
Column #3).
5.
Press [X] key at keypad to exit to keys
selection mode.
Note: Touch [MENU] key to exit to the
Programming Mode.
