The 4G Z Gateway has 4 Status Indicator LEDs each relaying functional behavior of the device.
Troubleshooting Signal to Reset Gateway
1. Quick Press of Power button (when device is already ON): This will trigger the gateway
to immediately ping the cell network and refresh its status online.
2. Long Press of Power Button: To shut down the Gateway hold the power button
(~15seconds) until all the LED lights turn off one by one. Then quick press the push
button to power up the Gateway again this will Reset
