If you cannot connect to the Web Admin Interface of your Digi Gateway, first, make sure the unit is receiving power. For initial Static IP setup, connect the unit directly to your computer’s Ethernet port via the jack labeled PC. After connecting your device to power, wait about 1 minute for the gateway to fully boot up.
