When [하룻밤] course is done after seventeen~twenty-one hours,
it is changed to [맛보기] mode and then you can check the
ripened status of Kimchi
.

When [추가] course is done, it is changed to [맛보기] mode
and then you can check the ripened status of Kimchi
.
●
If you think the taste of Kimchi is still not fully ripen,press
[하룻밤]button in [풀림] status. Then [추가] lamp is turned on and
[추가]ripening is processed for two hours →[추가] ripening is
possible only twice consecutively.
● If you think the taste of Kimchi is appropriate, you may change the
mode to [김치류-표준] by pressing [보관선택] in [풀림] status.
→Without mode change within two hours from [맛보기] mode,
it is automatically changed to [보관선택-김치류-표준] mode.
→ Without mode change within two hours from [맛보기] mode, it is automatically
changed to [보관선택-김치류-표준] mode
● You will see the change of [추가] ↔ [맛보기] each time you
press[하룻밤] button..
※ Additional ripening function ripens Kimchi more than present condition,
so Kimchi may be overly ripened in the long term.
※Overnight
It is a technology to ripen in condition similar to the natural ripening within the house
(20~25°). This function enables you to taste ripened Kimchi in maximum twenty-four
You may enjoy the delicious Kimchi through fast-ripening function of overnight, but
Kimchi may be overly ripened when it is stored for a long time.

If you think the taste of Kimchi is proper at [맛보기]
mode, you may change the mode to [김치류-표준] by
pressing [보관선택] in [풀림] status and it is automatically
changed to [보관선택-김치류-표준] mode after two hours
.

If you think the taste of Kimchi is not fully ripen, press
[하룻밤] button in [풀림] status. Then [추가] lamp is turned
on and [추가] ripening is processed for two hours
.

unlock

Selecting functions

After the [발효과학] process is done, you will see the
light on in [김치류 - 표준] lamp.
Now, the delicious and nutrient Kimchi is ready.

You will see the change of [배추김치] → [물김치] → [무김치] each time
you press [발효과학] button.
Select it according to the type of Kimchi.

Mode change is available when the power for the room you
want to change function is on.
