Problems Solutions/explanations
■ If you use only one room, you may feel the
chilly air in the room that is turned off, but it is
not breakdown.
I feel the chilly air in the room that

When you have a problem with the appliance,
please check with the following problems and
solutions list first, before you contact us.
I can hear water running while the
appliance is operating
The appliance is making strange
rattling sounds.

The sound is caused by changes in air pressure.

When the power comes back on after a power failure, do not operate the
buttons.
The appliance automatically starts operating again in the mode selected
previously.

is selected, the appliance automatically calculates the time a particular mode
requires and starts operating. Therefore, you do not need to manipulate the appliance.
● If you do not open the door to keep the cool air inside the appliance
during a power failure, the cool air may last for two hours.
❶ If you hold the lower part of the deodorizing filter cover and pull
toward the direction an arrow indicates (towards the opened door),
the cover of the filter will be opened with a clicking sound.
❷ Dry removed filter in the shaded area with good air circulation for
twenty-four hours and reuse it.
Do not dry the deodorizing filter in a microwave oven
● It may cause a fire.
● The deodorizing filter will melt and cannot be reused.
