    • P
      perezelizabethAug 21, 2025
If the mist is not coming out of your Dimplex Electric Heater, there might be several reasons: * The unit may not have enough water, so fill it with water. * The water in the unit might be too cold; allow it to warm to room temperature. * If you're using distilled or reverse osmosis water, add 1/8 tsp of table salt to the water reservoir to introduce electrolytes; only repeat when mist is not being produced correctly. * The cord could be located over the emitter on the transducer; relocate the cord so that mist is free to rise off of the transducer. * The transducer may be defective; consider replacing it.
