  If your Dimplex Stove isn't turning on with the remote, first, refer to the Operation Section to ensure proper operation. If that's not the problem, initialize the Remote Control. Also, install a new battery into the Remote Control and reinitialize it if necessary. A defective 3-Position Switch or Remote Control Receiver might also be the reason, so consider replacing them and initialize to remote control.

  If your Dimplex Stove heater turns off after a couple of minutes, it could be due to a build-up of dirt or dust in the Heater Assembly. Ensure that the exterior intake louvers and firebox cavity are free of dirt and dust. Another possibility is a defective Heater Assembly, which would need to be replaced.

  If your Dimplex Stove isn't turning on manually, first, refer to the Operation Section to ensure proper operation. Check the fuse/breaker panel for incoming power from the electrical wall socket. Also, a defective 3-Position Switch may be the reason, so consider replacing it. Finally, check the wiring connections for any loose wiring.
