UNPLUG CLEANER BEFORE CHANGING BELT OR BRUSHROLL.
TO REMOVE OLD BELT
1. Lie cleaner flat.
2. Turn cleaner over to expose bottom of nozzle.
3. (Phillips or Flat Screwdriver) Remove 4 screws on bottom of nozzle as indicated by ,(Diagram
I).

Lift nozzle guard and wheel assembly off (Diagram 2).
5.
Remove brushroll by lifting up and out of the cleaner.
6.
Remove and dipose of old belt.
TO REPLACE BELT
1. Place belt on motor shaft (Diagram 3). Slip brushroll through belt. Place belt in area of brushroll without bristles (Diagram 3a).
2. With belt in place, pull and slide brush roll into nozzle (Diagram 4) making sure that the brushroll end caps are in the correct orientation
(Diagram 4a inset).
IMPORTANT:
Rotate brushroll manually in both directions to make sure belt is not twisted or pinched.
3. Reattach nozzle guard. Place wheel assembly bracket through hole in bottom of nozzle (Diagram
2).
4. Replace 4 screws.
NOTE:
Make sure bumper is secure before replacing screws.
BELT STORAGE

fold and secure belt (in a u shape) on the inside of the loops on the back of the upright.
*LIGHTBULB REMOVAL

REPLACEMENT
TOOL REQUIRED: FLATHEAD SCREWDRIVER

UNPLUG CLEANER BEFORE REMOVING OR REPLACING LIGHTBULB.
This cleaner uses a common automotive lamp #906, 13.0 volts. For bulb replacement call 1-800-321-1 134 or your local auto parts store.
1. Remove front panel (Diagram 1). Lie cleaner flat (Diagram 2). Insert end of standard screwdriver into the side slot and pry outward to pop
headlight lens out (Diagram 2).
2. Pull bulb out of socket to remove. Push bulb into socket to replace (Diagram 3).
3. Snap headlight lens panel back into place. Reattach front panel.
HOW TO TRANSPORT CLEANER
Use the carrying handle on the back of the cleaner to move cleaner from room to room (Diagram 4).
NOTE:
Do not push cleaner forward while leaning on back casters, pull cleaner on back casters, or attempt to lift cleaner using upper handle.
