Attaching the maintenance nut

After washing and drying the mode dial, apply a thin layer of the
provided silicone grease to the two buffering O-rings (black) to
make the rotation of the mode dial smoother.

Fit the mode dial onto the mode dial shaft while aligning OFF/
LOCK with the index (white) on the Light Module. Place the
maintenance nut on the shaft in the center of the mode dial and
turn it clockwise as far as it will go. Once the maintenance nut
has been tightened, turn the mode dial to make sure that the
maintenance nut does not rotate together with the mode dial.
Do not excessively tighten the maintenance ring with the
maintenance opener. Doing so may cause damage.
